Hi there! Thanks for stopping by and scrolling this far! My name is Justin, you can also call me Jay. I'm here to tell you that you don't need to be an athlete to train like one. Whether your goal is building strength, improving mobility, losing weight, or just feeling your best, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
I am a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Tactical Conditioning Specialist who also specializes in corrective exercise.
With experience in not just athletic training, but working as a personal trainer in my spare time in the physical therapy setting, I bring a unique understanding of how to tailor training programs for each of my clients individual needs and fitness levels.
I truly love what I do, and look forward to the opportunity to drive positive change that can transform your health and wellness!
