TRAINER  SPOTLIGHT: 

JUSTIN pEREZ

        Family always came first to me. I've had a passion for sports my whole life. Growing up, I was overweight, but competed with other athletes regularly in multiple sports. It wasn't until my nephews started their Peewee Football league where I decided to focus training someone, rather than myself. I then moved on to training others during their off season and helping people I saw struggling with their form when I'd go to the gym.

        The reason I became a Strength and Conditioning Specialist is simple. I wanted to be able to be the guidance that I, myself didn’t have when competing. The guidance I lacked when I was overweight and injured, fighting like hell to get back into shape. I’ve been obese. I’ve had my share of setback injuries. (More than I’d like to admit). More importantly, I’ve bounced back, and that’s what I want to help you with. I want you to thrive and be resilient.

        Is there a goal you’re trying to reach but you end up falling short? Maybe you’re tired of cookie cutter workout plans that promise “Quick Results” but never warn you about the wear and tear you may endure. Not every workout plan will work for every person, and that is a fact, I know that from personal experience. I have to say, if you’re looking for the quick fix, overnight weight loss, "make my butt bigger" with only squats and donkey kicks, while your other muscle groups get little to no attention "routines", you’ve definitely got the wrong trainer. My goal is to help you reach your goals. Time is an issue for everyone, but I rather focus on results and keeping you conditioned throughout our journey. We can break through these plateaus and reach new levels together! ​

Without a goal in mind, we tend to move aimlessly. We progress and regress, watching our achievements fluctuate between highs and lows without taking control of the outcome.
